Launch Sites is operated by Titan Production Group LLC. This policy covers information you provide through our website, Meta lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, and our service intake and communications.

Website inquiries and Meta lead forms

When you request a website or send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business name, website or business profile, services, and project preferences. A website contact form may also request your phone number and message. Meta may prefill contact details that you review before submitting.

We use these details to respond to your request, assess your project, prepare and deliver a website preview or build, and follow up by email about the website and optional services you asked about. Submitting a lead form does not purchase a service or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Reply to our email to stop follow-up.

Customer information

We use information you provide during service intake, including photos, services, opening hours and domain choices, to perform the work you request. If you use the Review Engine, we use the customer contact information you provide to send your authorized review requests.

Service providers and measurement

We use service providers to host our websites and systems, store and manage inquiries, deliver email, and provide the services you request. They process information needed for those functions. Meta separately processes activity and lead-form information under its own privacy policy. We use campaign and form identifiers and inquiry outcomes to understand which advertising generates requests. We do not sell your personal information or your customer lists.

If you use a voice demonstration, our voice service provider processes the conversation so the assistant can respond; transcripts may be used to review and improve the demonstration.

Business outreach

If we contact your business using publicly available business contact details, you can use the unsubscribe option or reply "stop" to opt out of further outreach.

Access, correction and deletion

Email vincenzo@getlaunchsites.org to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop email follow-up. We retain information only as needed to handle your request, provide services and maintain required business records. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.
